John Sadowsky is a global speaker, writer, leadership coach and business advisor, with more than 20 years of experience across five continents. One of his major goals is to have a transformational influence on everyone he works and lives with, and to inspire others to do the same. John contends that we all have more influence than we think and we can all learn to lead, if we learn to express who we are and what we stand for in an authentic way that inspires others. His narrative-based method can transform people, brands, groups and organizations.
John has advised and provided executive coaching for a variety of Fortune 500 and other large companies. He has also worked with numerous start-up companies. John helps his business clients to use his approach to recruit top employees, build a corporate culture, align teams, win clients, and raise funds.
John holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Newcastle University. John worked at Grenoble École de Management for 20 years, where he was named Distinguished Professor of Management. John is also a visiting lecturer at some of the world’s leading educational institutions.
John has run several businesses. Today, he is non-executive chairman at Atlas Distributing Inc., and he sits on four other corporate boards, including Medicines for Humanity. He has worked and lived in various countries and speaks English, Spanish and French fluently. Today he divides his time between consulting, coaching, public speaking and writing.

Hoyt og Lavt Aktivitetspark As, Eco Adventure As, Norway Park As founder and CEO. A Network Activity parks in Norway, Russia and Finland

Hans Christian Wilson is founder and CEO of three outdoor adventure companies: Hoyt og Lavt Aktivitetspark, Eco Adventure, Norway Park. In the past 7 years, he has developed 13 outdoor activity parks in Norway, Finland and Russia.
He is a graduate of the Norwegian Naval Academy, where he did specialized study in leadership. Subsequent to this study, he spent 11 years as a military and special forces officer. Also a UIAGM mountain guide and tour operator, he has a bachelors degree in sport sciences.
Hans Christian was a student at GEM from 2006 to 2009, graduating with an MBA degree. He speaks fluent English and French, as well as his native Norwegian. In his spare time, he is an Ironman Triathlete.

 

Yevgeny Scodigor

Yevgeny is a Russian-born French entrepreneur and intrapreneur with more than 19 years of professional experience, including 8 years of several GE Leadership roles in Commercial, M&A and operations management, and2005 8 years of running start-ups. He has acquired a distinctive educational background in business, masters in engineering and international law, and cultural capital through extensive business experiences in Europe, Russia/CIS and Middle East. Yevgeny is fluent in Russian, French and English.
